A project we're proud of

One past project I’m really proud of was a full renovation of a distressed single-family home in Florida. The property needed everything — interior updates, exterior improvements, and full mechanical upgrades. I managed the entire project from acquisition to final sale, including budgeting, design, and construction with my own renovation crew. We transformed the home into a modern, high-quality product that sold quickly and above the expected ARV. I’m proud of it because it proved my ability to take a rough property and turn it into a profitable, beautiful home while maintaining efficiency, high standards, and investor-level ROI.
